4. He looked awful, too. Perhaps a combo of little sleep and a lot of worry |
|
On my tv his skin looked gray and his eyes have dark circles.

Guys like him deal with trouble.
This seems to be Trouble with a capital T.

11. I never liked seeing a "fuel farm" at the airports, I never liked seeing propane |
|
tanks herded into a small yard for economic reasons, I never liked seeing explosives kept all in one place and I certainly don't like seeing nuclear reactors all packed together like sardines.... it's how it's done and it needs to stop. OSHA makes you keep oxygen and acetylene bottles a "safe distance" from one another in a shop, it's time someone rethink how other much more dangerous items are placed.

7. Nothing at all to be upbeat about. Things are very bad, getting worse. |
|
"We are in uncharted territory. Nothing like this has ever happened before, so there is no way of knowing what will happen next."
Sounds pretty dire to me.

15. Yes. Paraphrasing, but only slightly. |
|
But yes, "uncharted territory" and "this has never happened before" were his words.

14. It's a nuclear disaster. He should be somber when speaking of it. |
|
I know it could, and may yet, be worse. Still, it's a nuclear disaster. There are few things in our current society more sobering.
