Today, right about the time that Dai-ichi #2's reactor vessel was rupturing, Glenn Beck was apparently http://mediamatters.org/mmtv/201103140039">demonstrating the safety of 'nucular' energy to his television audience using M&M candies and kitchenware, I shit you not. :banghead: Out of morbid curiosity I watched the segment. Anyway, he was condescending and bending over backwards to minimize any risk, confused the explosions as steam explosions rather than chemical (hydrogen) and basically said that worst case there's no way the fuel could ever escape containment because it's surrounded by 'iron' :banghead: and 'cement' :banghead: that won't melt under even worse-case scenarios. :banghead:

I'm only passing this along because you should know what your freeper family members and/or coworkers are being feed as science.
