My niece just finished basic training and is now in school for Nuclear engineering |

My oldest brother pushed her in to the field feeling that this is the futures greatest possible energy solution, NOT!

Well I can't anything about the future of nuclear power generation, but I dont see a need for engineers disappearing. We will still need people to do maintenance, support, and most importantly safety for a long time. Finally they will also be a need for research who knows what technologies are coming down the road.
