CNN: Nuclear Plant workers have suspended operations...
Not clear if they're waiting for the Reactor 4 fire to resolve itself, or if this is an exposure issue.

7. Actually, most staff are about 9 miles away monitoring the situation...
the problem is that workers need to on site to do the mechanical tasks.

Not definite yet. What does stun me is what his guest asked: why is this private company allowed to work on this still, with no International Atomic people on the ground, and no Japanese govt in there?

8. Great question.
As a national security issue, I would think they would send an special force to deal w the situation. These people have been fighting this on their own for a few days now. They are probably giving up out of exhaustion. How sad!
