HuffPo: Nevada Considers License Suspension For Low Performing Students
According to the following HuffPO article, Nevada is considering a bill to suspend motor vehicle licenses for students who are low performers.

Apparently, 27 states have some type of law like this. I wonder if college drop-out Scott Walker's 2.59 (mid-C) grades at Marquette University would apply?

7. I'm assuming this is for high-school kids and that rule is just F'd up
First, just because someone doesn't do well in school doesn't mean they are unworthy of driving. My stepfather was a highschool drop out and yet he spent year doing great work welding at the local steel factory. Smart as hell about money too.
