Satirical Scrooge calls in to Tavis Smiley/Cornel West radio show

That Scrooge is actually played by actor TC Sharpe, who's starring in the Memphis-based play "If Scrooge Were a Brotha". Sharpe also starred in the 2005 film Hustle and Flow. "Scrooge" playfully bashed Smiley and West for the hosts' defence of the working class and poor people and boasted about how he lifted himself up by his OWN bootstraps. But in reality Sharpe actually does charity work.
