6. Yeah it is more like a shotgun aproach.
If they can get enough helicopters working in a loop they could get a decent "flow" rate. Say 1 drops every 3 minutes at 7.5 tons of water each is 2.5 tons per minute. Thats about 1000 gpm. All depends on how much makes it into the pool.
