Mr. Andrew Cuomo, fix Wall Street...
Billions of dollars are exchanged every day in your state...

Hundreds of thousands in taxes that should be collected, are not.

Allowing the current income surcharge to expire this year is a giveaway to the millionaires of New York.

New York should be the very LAST state in the country claiming that it is fiscally bankrupt.

:shrug:
