11. Strange as it may sound ...
... my morning bike commute does me a world of good, even when it's fucking cold or rainy, which is like 360 out of 365 days a year in the Pacific Northwet.

OK, not really. It doesn't rain even close to every day up here.

I had a flat last night on the ride home. I didn't notice, until I'd used up every tire patch I had, there was a wire sliver embedded in my tire that was slicing the hell outta my inner tube. Have to stop and pick up a new tube tonight.

Wife drove me to the train station this morning, and I felt off having not ridden today.

56. I got good news from my doctor's office..
my blood platelet levels were at 256(000) yay! Had a scare last week they were at 90(000). He ordered new tests. I learned that 1 in 1000 blood tests will show an error on platelet levels. New test usually shows the error.
