The ruling that judge made can be appealed |
|
and eventually they (the GOP) will get a republican judge to overturn it.
If not, they can always go to the supreme court, and you know how those right wingers would rule.
I just don't see how this is such a great thing to be celebrating. It won't stick I'm thinking.

1. Why can't they just pass it again following the proper procedures? |
|
As I understand it, the ruling is based on the fact that they violated the law by not giving sufficient public notice before passing it. Won't they just pass it again after giving sufficient notice?

I think the celebration is premature.

4. Exactly. All they have to do is pass it before they're recalled |
|
Of course, this will put more fire under Wisconsin Democrats and make it even more uncomfortable for those Publicans. But the end result will be a law that's going to take some time to fix.

We got a little more gumption and fight in us than the average bear. Let 'em appeal it. Of course they're going to appeal it. Game on.
