Here is a summary of the talking points.

1.- Activist judge... blah, blah, blah, blah.

You can always find an activist judge when you need one.
Does ANYONE represent the taxpayer any more?

What do you mean? Judges are all powerful in our brave new world. Legislators propose (pass laws) and judges dispose as they see fit according to their political leanings. It’s as simple as that.
