Conservative activist James O'Keefe, known for his hidden-camera videos, refused to be videotaped when he spoke to a tea party group in central New Jersey.

O'Keefe, who's from the state, asked event organizers to tell a videographer from the Asbury Park Press newspaper that he didn't want his speech recorded Thursday in Bayshore. The newspaper did write about his talk.
