Unless they are going to price gouge it when reselling to Japan then it is fine.

Really it IS okay for those people who are so terrified they need it though as opposed to people who actually are in danger of radiation. The premise that it must go to Japan if not bought by Americans is false unless said companies selling it don't ship to Japan or Japan is seeking out sources as they don't have enough doses and need more.
