Senators Lugar, Kerry Reintroduce Startup Visa Act

Senator John Kerry, D-Mass., and Senator Richard Lugar, R-Ind., have reintroduced a bill that seeks to ease immigration for foreign entrepreneurs, with new provisions for current visa holders and foreign business owners with a U.S. market presence.

The “StartUp Visa” bill would grant a visa to the following people:

1. I like the idea of granting visas to investors
But I wish they would get rid of the H1B program.
