5. The "End Times" Fundies are the Most Dangerous by Far

The Robber Barons realize that actual nuclear war (as opposed to the threat thereof) would be really bad for business.

It exploits things that people *want* to believe about the world that simply aren't true.

I tend to choose my friends by their character. And so far none of them are right-wing libertarians and usually the opposite, even if I don't say a word on important issues. Right-wing libertarianism isn't just a poisonous ideology but also poisonous to one's conscious and character.

True Libertarians (with a capital-L) are very socially liberal, even if they have contemptuous views on matters of economics.

I'd much rather have people who agree with me 50% being the alternative, rather than those I disagree with 100%.

If the Republican Party got replaced by Libertarians, we'd be in a far better situation than we are now. We could argue their right-wing economic policy madness, while still at least agreeing on basic things like legalizing gay marriage and marijuana.
