How about knee-jerk decisions by Bu**sh**'s "gut" instead? Or fractured "speeches" that frighten the whole world with the realization that the most powerful country in the world is run by a petulant, willfully ignorant child?
For a President to do his job *right*, that switch might not have any other settings.
