When it comes to military action, they love this stuff.
You can always count on the right wing to all of a sudden stand fully behind the President when he initiates some good old fashioned military kick ass.

Fox news will even say nice things about it I bet.

5. I don't think so, either. Anything Obama does or want, they are sure to be against. nt

13. Yep. Just like they were against Clinton going into Bosnia.
None of the wing nuts I know supported that, even though there was blatant genocide occurring.

3. You're wrong, they want Obama to make a war vote, and they want to delegitimize the UN.
Right now the United States is acting with approval from the UN, the Repugs want the United States to act unilaterally.

4. Nope. Not at all; they are mostly against it, and united in their hatred of Obama.
Took some time to check them out. They are basically against it for four reasons:

1. They don't give a shit about the humanitarian aspect. Whether or not that's valid on sentient sites like DU, where it's a subject for debate, they simply don't give a shit, nor have they ever done so. That argument holds no water either way, as it's beyond their comprehension.

2. There are many who back Khaddafi (however he's spelled) because he is a dictator, even though he is Muslim. Same thing with Mubarak, who most of them supported.

3. We didn't initiate it. They supported W. and Iraq because we invented a reason to go in. They like that approach.

4. They hate Obama. Duh. No matter what he does, they oppose it. Period. They also hate Hillary, so that doubles it down.

7. Hannity was criticizing Obama for not taking action last week.
Obama is just doing what the warmongers wanted.

15. Hannity will criticize Obama for taking action this week.
That's the way they pander to their dittoheads, and make their millions. Get real.

It's sort of like arguing against someone who's agreeing with you.
How can RW flip flop on the subject of endless war?

9. I bet they WON'T! If Obama is for it, they're against it.
Besides, they really admire bullies. Gaddafi is one their own.

11. They're Already Harping Too Little Too Late...
I heard one asshat say that the U.S. should have invaded over a month ago...and the U.S. should be leading, not being "subservient" to the French.

I'll bet we'll also hear some new-born peaceniks who orgasmed when booooshie invaded Iraq, but since this is a Democrat, it's all bad and evil (and surely those quote will be picked up and splashed all over DU).

12. Nope, one of the right-wingers, don't know her name was already criticizing
Obama. She is that black lady not Michelle but Amy somebody and was on MSNBC.

There is nothing he could or will do that will get any good comments from fox or the others.

They will find something to attack.

14. They didn't get behind clinton when he bombed serbia.
This might be different because it's about oil, not genocide.

But I could be wrong.

16. Actually, the FauxNews host was just questioning the "political calculations" of President Obama.
Kind of like some of my DU friends are doing right now. Strange bedfellows indeed.

18. Well, that was a tough one to predict, re: Faux.
Couldn't agree with you more, actually. Those that think the reich wing are going to applaud Obama for this are - naive would be too kind a word.

Palin Calls on NATO to Enforce No-Fly Zone Over Libya
By Sarah Palin

...Gaddafi is a brutal killer and Libya – not to mention the world – would be better off if he were out of power. Now is the time to speak out. Speak out for the long-suffering Libyan people. Speak out for the victims of Gaddafi’s terror. NATO and our allies should look at establishing a no-fly zone so Libyan air forces cannot continue slaughtering the Libyan people. We should not be afraid of freedom, especially when it comes to people suffering under a brutal enemy of America.
