1. Well, I gotta agree with that, even though I'm one of the ones
who believes/hopes this time there will be a different outcome. We'll see.

10. So did I, & it also occurred to me that it was more of a Freudian slip when the boy king
struggled with the "shame on me" part.

7. Oh no, this time it will be different
Oh, so different. You won't believe how different it's going to be. We're barely going to be involved - just some logistical and advisory support. Won't cost hardly a dime. What? We're running bombers and dropping bombs on Libya? Oh. Never mind. It's going to be the exact same thing it always is. Better get used to the shores of Tripoli, boys.

11. I just don't know what more could have been done to stimulate the economy
We're currently spending over 10 million dollars an hour. This just MUST be good for somebody's job.

12. Meanwhile...
...expect apologists and war supporters to pile in and tell all of us we are anti-American for being skeptical. I've already heard that once today.

13. The UN mandated this. The UN did not mandate Bush's illegal war.
So yes it is foolish to think otherwise.

16. Yes.
Every single international conflict the US is involved in is just like VIETNAM! Therefore, they all suck. Wow. That was easy!

21. Unfortunately, we have a habit of getting into the middle of others civil wars,
often choose dubious allies, start small and then creep that mission all to hell. Need I go on?

What's your analysis?

P.S., we're leading this charge, and Adm. Mullen said this a.m. that there is no certain time for turning this stinking mess over to a coalition.
