Dissed by the locals: Palin has "nothing to offer India".
Another interesting read in the Guardian UK--This time about S Palin's big visit to India. (to which I jokingly refer to as her "trip to Indiana" I figure she got confused and booked the wrong ticket.

Here is an excerpt from the article and the link:

Before Palin's speech, Professor Mahesh Rangarajan of Delhi University said the US politician had "nothing to offer India".

"It's more about what India has to offer her. She is a very effective communicator who will no doubt try to reach out to India as an emerging power. But we've had a series of presidents here who have already done that," Rangarajan told the Observer.

2. She has a burning hatred of America
As does anyone who criticizes this nation on foreign soil in a time of war.

9. Palin slammed America's president on foreign soil.
When the Dixie Chicks uttered a single sentence critical of bush, they got death threats and boycotts. When Asshole Palin does the same thing, she gets....?

10. From the article, Palin was the KEYNOTE speaker. Why wasn't Germaine Greer?
Palin joined speakers ranging from feminist thinker and writer Germaine Greer to Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan at the conference.
