Help me find an article regarding Jon Stewart and the 9/11 responders bill?

I'm doing research on this topic and the other day I came across and article where Robert Gibbs said something to the effect of "Stewart has done more than even President Obama to get this bill passed." Does anyone know where I can find that quote? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I don't know why I didn't bookmark it.
