5. You have to figure that some of the Republicans are actually interested in public service
And they don't have their post-political career sinecure with the Koch boys all locked up. It's sort of like watching Survivor. Sooner or later, the juggernaut alliance starts to crack, and suddenly the least powerful on-the-outs player has a vote that everyone wants.
