Rusty Boner asks the Prez how he will get to 'mission accomplished'?

John Boehner is criticizing President Obama again, this time saying he has a "responsibility to define what the mission in Libya is, better explain what America’s role is in achieving that mission, and make clear how it will be accomplished."

Surprising that a Republican would ever again use "mission" and "accomplished" in the same sentence.
