How long has Father Huckster been pretending to be Paul Harvey?
Edited on Mon Mar-21-11 11:11 AM by pokerfan
and how much longer will he be infecting my local news radio? And won't he have to give up the gig when he announces his 2012 run? :banghead:

Today he asked his listeners to ponder the mystery of the outpouring of grief for Knut the polar bear in light of all the more important human tragedy recently. "It's a mystery."

Huckster, you're no Paul Harvey. Good.... Day!

1. Way to long. He infests our local am talk radio also. The only advantage is
when I hear his bilge, it signals that it is time to get up and change the station to NPR.

3. Yeah, it signals the end of the morning news
Otherwise, I like this AM station for its news and it's the flagship station for my college's athletics. It also goes total right-wing-wacka-wacka during the day with Miller/Hannity/Levin.

I also take the cue to put on some music.

2. No mystery since most of his followers are wishing the "Japs" were all dead...
because his followers are hateful, evil people.

4. The divine punishment "theory" seems to be a right-winger meme

:puke:

ETA: I here I thought it was plate tectonics and a subduction zone. Honestly, hocus pocus supernatural bullshit like the above has no place in the twenty-first century. God didn't punish those people. It was just fucking geology. How people with such primitive superstitious witch-doctor beliefs gain control of government is a mystery, a comedy and a tragedy all rolled up into one.
