Why didn't Hillary recommend force to stop the African genocide?
Is she feeling guilty about RWANDA? Looks that way to me.

2. How do you know what she recommended?
She was First Lady at the time. Was she setting foreign policy?

3. How do you know she didn't?
And was she our Secretary of State back then, or not?

not that i support the current action (I'm kind of mixed on this)...but if you're going to criticize, at least do it reasonably.

5. It has been reported that both she and Bill regretted not intervening
in Rwanda to stop the genocide. So, yes, I'm sure that is playing into her attitudes towards Libya.

HOWEVER, Your question, "why didn't Hillary recommend force to stop the African genocide?" is a strange/somewhat irrelevant one, considering 1. we don't know that she did not; 2. she was First Lady at the time and thus had no real policy authority; 3. Bill Clinton was President; 4. Madeline Albright was SOS.

10. She should feel guilty.
That does not in the least diminish the importance of the intervention in Libya.
