Or maybe just a couple of photo-happy bad apples (though 4,000 is a lot of photos). I'm curious, though; it would seem like ordering folks to pose with the corpses, all smiles, would be one of those illegal-orders-every-soldier-knows-to-disobey, which I have been assured over and over again would 100% not be followed. And yet, here we are.
