Protesters in YEMEN wear helmets to protect themselves from rocks during clashes
From AJE

7:31am

Anti-government protesters wear hamlets (orange helmets) to protect themselves from rocks during clashes with supporters of Yemen's President's Ali Abdullah Saleh near a rally square in Sanaa.

Scroll down a tad to see photo of orange helmets: http://blogs.aljazeera.net/live/middle-east/yemen-live-blog-march-22

p.s. During the protests in 'Egypt' those folks didn't have helmets and made make shift ones out of pots and pans, etc.
I remember thinking at the time that it was too bad that they didn't have any football helmets to wear! There were TONS of head injuries and injuries to the face during the protests in Egypt. Hopefully there will be less in Yemen.
