Limbaugh: Any Military Plans for a non pro-America President?

"Are you aware of any military contingency plans for a president who might not be your prototypical pro-America president? Are there contingency plans to deal with a president who may not believe the United States is the solution to the world's problems?"

It's just an innocent question about how the military might deal with someone who isn't prototypically pro-American, not that President Obama himself necessarily fits the bill, dontcha know. The further adventures of Limbaugh's situational patriotism.
