Most effective boycotts start with clear aim - Eugene Kane, Milwaukee J/S editorial writer

Snip -

"The public unions don't seem to have their boycott act together yet. There's been little to no publicity about specific targets or locations to avoid. Frankly, I doubt if most Milwaukeeans even know what kind of products the Koch brothers make.

"The most effective boycott hands-down in my mind was the 1955 Montgomery bus boycott that launched the modern civil rights movement. That was the beginnings of a revolution that truly changed society in significant ways."

Here's a link to Koch Bros. products you can boycott.

1. I am no longer buying Georgia Pacific consumer goods
I am sure there are many more things in which they are involved, but that seemed to be the easiest place to start.

2. I'm guessing part of the issue is that many GP products are union-made. Most unions don't like to
boycott union-made products, and I don't either.

3. Maybe that is why there is local interest in exposing M&I Bank as Walkerites.
