Patrick McIlheran - Kloppenburg and the left's expectations

Milwaukee Urinal / Sentinel RW editorialist Patty McIlheran takes on another issue that's way over his head. My response below; would appreciate DU'er adding theirs at the link (requires registration).


"Prosser believes in judicial restraint and sticking to the Constitution."


Uh huh, sure, that's it.

First, the only time you should use the word "restraint" with Prosser is in a satement like: "Looks like Judge Prosser should be put in restraints."

As for the Constitution: How about pressing charges against a pedophile priest when Prosser was DA in Outagamie County. He FAILED his Constitutional duty to prosecute and the priest went on to abuse other children before finally landing in jail.

Prosser is a dangerous right-wing activist judge. Joanne Kloppenburg is a highly skilled judge, degrees from Yale, Princeton and UW Law. She's level headed, not hot headed, and has the best interests of the People at heart, not the Koch Brothers.
