12. There's Been Talk From Time To Time That He Wants To Run For

some political office. Not sure which one, but maybe something in PA! Could Be Governor, and as a Democrat. He has a brother who already ran for something as a Repuke and lost. He claims he's an Indy, but many times he says "our side" when talking to people like Ed Rendell. I KNOW he worked for Tip O'Neill way back when.

ALSO, he does have some illness which could be why too. I thought it was diabetes, but I don't think that would make him retire unless it is causing more than the usual problems.

I really am just guessing though.
