Live Geiger Counter reading from Tokyo for those who are concerned.

It looks like looks like the normal average background radiation level was .25 microsieverts (µsv) an hour.

On the 20th it bumped up to .3 µsv.

On the 22 it jumped up to .5 with a spike at a little over .7.

Since then it is settling back to .4 µsv. but there was one quick jump up to nearly .8 earlier today.

Overall it seems to be settling back down right now to a slightly higher level than earlier this week.
