on the line for money to defend US State Dept officials and military brass?
Would they make like the Marx brothers and say, you pay a little, we a little tough, you pay a lot, we a lotta tough? And not be kidding, when they know that they are above the law in this work?
And are we paying them enough to make enemies for the US around the world for their risk?
