Republican elected officials take great pride in calling themselves representatives of the “Party of Reagan”. So, why are Republican Governors ‘SELLING OUT’ on Reagan by taking away workers’ rights; harassing public employees and degrading unionized workers? President Reagan, once, said, “WHERE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IS FORBIDDEN, FREEDOM IS LOST.” So why did…

Wisconsin Republican Governor Walker use a fraudulent argument to take away American workers’ collective bargaining rights? Why did Florida Republican Governor Scott suddenly require drug test for state employees out of the blue? Why does Main Republican Governor LePage want to tear down an ‘American workers’ mural from his state’s Labor Department building? Why did Ohio Republican Governor Kasich raise health care premiums for public employees and stooped so low as to call a police officer who happened to stop him in traffic an “idiot” at a public speaking engagement? By the way, to add insult to injury, Kasich gave his PUBLICALLY employed Chief of Staff a $170,000 PRIVATE sector salary. Kasich, who is quick to spread falsehoods about how much big money union workers are making, excused his Chief of Staff’s ‘privately public’ salary stating that it’s the only way to entice private sector employees to work for the public sector!?!?

The next time you hear a Republican Governor make mention of the “Party of Reagan” – pay your dues, duck and run!
