I am so deeply sad for the Japanese but must say their culture isn't helping here. I just hope it's not ultimately the cause of the worst case scenario developing, nooo.

Tepco's executives are being investigated according to Kyodo News today.

3. It was later corrected. Apparently someone misplaced a decimal point during the calculation
and it was only (ONLY?!??) 100,000 times above normal.

TEPCO admit they reported incorrectly. It is "only" 100,000 times background - which is bad enough.
