4. They should be because if they are allowed to get away
with it, it will become law and no one will be able to do anything about it. However, since Bush was appointed Prez by the Supreme Court and got away with it, the neo-cons have pretty much appointed themselves Lords of the land with the ability to impose any laws they want with impunity. I mourn our loss of democracy.

7. The only weapon in the toolbox that MIGHT work.........
is the general strike, but if you take this option, make it count. Shut it ALL down. Even people who WANT to scab, make it so that even THEY can't get into work. SHUT IT ALL DOWN.

5. I'm telling you, even if you recall this fucker...........
he won't leave office. You'll have to drag him out kicking and screaming. And I'm not sure that the senators that you recall will leave voluntarily also. You're obviously going to have a fight on your hands to even get them to obey ANY law or court order.

I believe you are right. They have no respect for the laws other than the ones they make up themselves.

12. I've been saying that for awhile, too.
They are defying the courts now, but they will use any maneuver, including lawsuits and restraining orders, to keep their jobs, even if they are recalled. I can see it now. They will have to be hauled out physically, and I mean that quite literally.

Some of those Cops for Labor will probably be happy to have the job of carrying them out. (Snicker).

9. Of course, this was their plan.
The burden is now on their opponents to stop them. They can logically assume they will suffer no consequences, other than be politely asked by the courts to desist.

11. That's because he and his believe that it's better to ask forgiveness afterwards, than
to ask for permission beforehand.

They DO it, whatever it is, and force you to react. Forces you into passive mode, reacting or responding rather than acting, or initiating. It puts them in the lead-position in this kind of dance, and you in the follow-position.

FAR better to turn the tables. Take a page from their playbook, one of "those tools" from their tool box," AND USE IT AGAINST THEM!!!!!
