3. I've been encountering a lot of people with a very cavalier "so be it"

attitude. They say that life is unfair. If the wealthy and the corporations don't pay their taxes, then so be it. If people lose their jobs, so be it. If children starve and go without, so be it. If the earth is detroyed by our greed and over-consumption, so be it.

I don't know what's going on, but despite all the major challenges that this nation faces, it's almost as if people simply do not care. As long as it doesn't befall them, they don't care. Chalk it up as life being unfair and dealing a bad hand to those experiencing misfortune.

It's absolutely stunning to me why people would have this attitude towards their fellow human being.

4. We can't just make them "go away" voluntarily or involuntarily

Perhaps if we could prey upon rightwingers' innate selfish and sociopathic vanity, by using Coultergheist's blog/interview on Faux Noise of her belief that nuke radiation is not harmful, but is actually benign or better still, even beneficial, then we could use reverse psychology, posting online You Tube videos in response to Ann's interview, and make them artifically "viral" though view totals, that we libs/progressives actually realize and agree that she is absolutely correct, and that radioactive waste in sufficient and higher amounts, will someday soon become more valuable than gold, just for its curative and life-extending properties, and how we wish that we could afford to buy at least several kilograms of the highest radioactive waste available, then they might go out and buy up or steal as much as they can possibly obtain legally or illegally...:-)
