On The Lam

from the NY Daily News:

The Bronx Zoo's missing cobra hasn't been found, but according to Twitter he's alive, well, and happily slithering around New York City.

A spoof Twitter account created with the name @BronxZoosCobra provides up-to-the minute updates written in the voice of the Egyptian cobra who escaped from his home at the zoo's Reptile House on Saturday.

"I should take in a Broadway show. Anyone heard anything about this 'Spiderman' musical?" he tweeted on Monday afternoon.

"Want to clear up a misconception," he later wrote. "I'm not poisonous as has been reported. I'm venomous. Super venomous, but not poisonous so don't worry." ..........(more)
