O'Reilly: Poll plunge Palin's own fault
Bill O’Reilly said Monday night that Sarah Palin only has herself to blame for dropping approval ratings.

The Fox News host who has butted heads recently with Palin said the former governor has avoided direct engagement with the media, hurting her image.

“Her favorability among Republicans and independents has dropped four points in a month,” O’Reilly said during a segment of his television show. “The reason I think it’s dropping is because she is not engaging directly.”

O’Reilly then pointed directly to a recent interview he had conducted with Palin in which she accused him of interrupting her after he asked a follow up question.

“When I had her on this program I had specific questions she didn’t want to answer,” the Fox host said. “She wants to the give a speech, this, that, and the other thing.”

He then suggested that Palin is guilty of the same failure in leadership that she has accused Obama of.

“If Barack Obama looks like he doesn’t want to go into the tougher venues…people are going to say look you are not confident in your position,” O'Reilly said. “That’s not leadership.”

Mama Grizzly isn't gonna like this.

Personally I think O'Reilly only said this for ratings and to increase his viewership.

8. Interrupting?
I wonder if Palin complained about O'Reilly's constant interruption of Obama when he interviewed him. I don't remember Sarah speaking about how it is rude to continually interrupt the CIC in an interview.

I remember watching an interview when Palin was talking about illegal immigration. She kept restating her talking points and O'Reilly kept pressing her for her solutions. She kept going back to her talking points and O'Reilly kept asking for specifics. Then Palin's eyes got all narrow. She looked really pissed off that someone one Fox would actually push an issue with her.

Palin wants softballs only and doesn't even want to have to elaborate on those.

11. Are the Republicans going to let their FOX hitmen take care of a problem?
Has Palin finally shown herself to be a liability large enough to need dealing with? Honestly, I'd be highly surprised if that's the case. I think it's more likely they're just creating a rivalry for ratings. Perhaps also establishing a benchmark to show how they were hard on Palin when she runs for office again and they're lobbing softballs and praise her way.

15. Poor Bill He doesn't understand "the code of cute-ness"
Some "cuties" grow up thinking that they will never have to actually achieve anything on their own.. what the want will be given to them, and their transgressions will be forgiven..because... we'll they are just so darned cute..

Most "cuties" start to outgrow it as they age because newer, younger, cuter, cuties usurp their power, or they start to see their own cute-ness start to fade, but some cuties never outgrow it, and only grow meaner as they age because some around them see the waning cuteness they ignore..
