Waiting for a weather event in Texas is like waiting for the cable guy. |
|
It might rain between 6 and 10 or 10 and 2. Tonight they are promising baseball sized hail. Yeah baby!

4. Don't get the Texas haters excited, Skink |

They would like nothing better than a bad weather event to hit our state.

I ventured out to eat and then nixed any other plans..brrrrr.... back home, hoodie sweatshirt on, curled up with the throw blanket after turning the thermostat to heat. Of course, the 70 and 80 degree weather doesn't happen on my day off from work!
On edit: 90 degrees expected on Sunday (per weather.com)!! So we got, what, 2 weeks of spring, with a last wintery hurrah, and now on to the Texas summer!

on your day off!!! Trust me, I know. I almost postponed going to the grocery store after work (seriously needed some wine) but decided I shouldn't be such a wuss since I'm from Missouri and born in Chicago. It was almost 90 Friday and Saturday I turned the heat on. Brrrrrrr.........

7. Move to GA, you can set your clock to our violent t-storms. They always strike at the same time. |
