8. soup lines or bread lines?
That was back in the civilized world of the 20th century. Soup and bread giveaways would take compassion. None of that left. Just war and profits. That's all that matters.

13. Don't forget the Japan Agricultural Tsunami Support Fund
Buy-Back Program.

Repubs buy Japanese meats, fish and vegetables from distressed earthquake/tsunami region at pennies on the millions.

Container ships in Japan ports, otherwise empty due to production slowdown, benefit from carrying Japanese ag products to US.

Japanese ag products, pre-irradiated for your convenience, are distributed to America's poor.

Everybody wins!

What's that, poor people don't want to eat nuclear-tainted food?

Well, they must not be hungry enough. Too bad for them.

15. If the poor don't want to eat it, they can always sell it to the military,
like the Corexit tainted seafood is being sold.

20. Kill half and then feed the bodies to the other half
That way, you get rid of the number of poor at the same time as you feed them
