Why is the court order in Wisconsin different from the one against Obamacare?
I'm asking this question from a perspective of total ignorance, but a RW Facebook friend posted a Rush Limbaugh link in which he brought up the court decision that says the health care bill was unconstitutional, but the administration went ahead with implementing it anyway. He said Walker was doing no more than Obama did.

Give me a good retort.

1. The Healthcare bill was passed within the limits of the law
and followed defined Constitutional process. Like all laws passed by Congress it's constitutionality can be challenged through the Courts.

The union busting bill in Wisconsin was passed in violation of Wisconsin Law, and "pubished" (released as LAW) in a manner outside Wisconsin Law. The Bill isn't really yet a Law. The actions of Walker and the DOA have created a Constitutional Crisis in Wisconsin with respect to whether the Courts can consider unlawful acts by the Legislature and the Governor.

2. In that one there was a lawsuit...
an appeal and the judge stayed the order pending appeal. In this one, laws have to be passed a certain way and the judge said this one didn't meet the requirements and is not currently a law. The health bill had already passed.
