(Ohio) The most-restrictive abortion law (bill) in the nation wins early vote
A House committee narrowly approved legislation yesterday that would give Ohio the most-restrictive abortion law in the nation.

The vote came despite objections from legal experts and those on both sides of the debate who think the proposed law might be unconstitutional.

2. and more often than not, the dems step aside and let them take it
while claiming to be 'keeping their powder dry' or some such nonsense. :grr:
