12. I accidentally listened to about 2 minutes of his radio show the other day

not knowing who it was. He was making fun of some "friend" who said she would grow tomatoes in case of a natural disaster. He went into gory detail about how she would be killed and eaten by hungry mobs of people. It was terrible, and on at 4pm in the afternoon.

I just wonder who pulls the strings, i.e., who writes his scripts? Beck is just an actor - not smart, not stupid, an actor doing someone else's bidding. If he were up for an Emmy, I'm not sure whether it would be in the Drama or Comedy category.
