2. Was that talking head E D from Faux News?
Didn't she use to work the morning show at Faux? She works for CNN now? You don't see that very often. Rwers leaving Faux to work for CNN or MSNBC...that is.

13. Huh? You talkin' to me?
The woman interviewing Dennis...her name is E.D. something and she use to work at Faux News....on the morning show (I think) and that's all I was asking. Is that HER? I was just curious and surprised that someone from Faux News Network would have gone over to CNN.

Hell, I LOVE Dennis Kucinich. How did I diss him? I am THRILLED that he is speaking out when no one else will! I've been defending him all over this board in the last week. K&R! :hi:

Didn't mean to diss da man!

6. Kucinich has been excellent on the issue of Libya
And he will be proven right, although it will be too late for the U.S which seems bound and determined to get involved in yet another long war.

Thank you for posting this. I saw him last night on RT and was very impressed with his reasoned arguments on why the U.S. needs to stay out of this conflict.

Don't worry about people trashing him here, it is disturbing and shows how far to the right the Democratic Party has gone in the past few years.

But around the world, when people see Kucinich they tend to be surprised to see that the U.S. Government has at least a couple of rational, intelligent human beings to speak for it.

I always feel better when trying to defend this country that I can point to Kucinich as an example that we are not all a bunch of blood-thirsty, war cheer-leaders. Because that is what the world now thinks.

Kucinich is ahead of his time in this country. We have not yet evolved into a truly civilized nation. But he is a constant reminder of what we could be and we need that.

16. He was right on Iraq too.
DK is consistent, and has a much better track record of being right
than most of the "Democrats" now running the show.
No wonder they try so hard to marginalize him.

He also believes that War Criminals and War Profiteers should be jailed,
not rewarded.
I wish we had 500 more just like him.

Thanks, Dennis.

7. People listened to him when he was attacking Bush.
Actually he was not attacking Bush, he was attacking U.S. policies. He's still attacking those same policies, but defenders of the 'party' would rather he stfu now that Dems are responsible for the wars and the torture and the corruption on Wall St.

Good for him for not caring about what they want him to do. He is doing his duty as a member of Congress.

8. Unrecs, for the Constitution and the War Powers Act!
I'd be willing to bet the unrec'er did not even hear what Kucinich had to say. No wonder this country is in the mess it is in.

:kick: for one of the few honest, consistent members of Congress.

14. That's already happening. Look at McCain and Gingrich.
They can't make up their minds whether they support it or not. When Obama was against intevening, they were for it, and as soon as he was for it, they were against it, before they were for it again only for MORE involvement.

Which is why I do not know why anyone worries about what they think. Just seeing the Neocons suddenly concerned about the Libyan people and in need of our 'humanitarian bombs' was enough, and should have been for Obama, to know what the right thing to do was.

He very much opposed their little adventure in Iraq so why is he even talking to people like Elliot Abrams now?
