I gave up on Tweety ...but Chuck Todd replacing him has been a good watch, this week.

Matthews always makes the show about "him" and sometimes berates guests or pontificates about his own views which doesn't allow the guests to get much time for discussion.

As much as I think Chuck Todd can be a "lightweight"...he's done very well for allowing his guests to speak and for asking questions that are often probing.

I gave up on Matthews years ago...(the thrill down his leg and obsession with Chimp's Belt Buckle) and so only occasionally went over there...if there was a guest I wanted to hear from. I've actually watched the show all week with Chuck Todd.

I'm sure if Chuck got the show he'd turn into a Faux News clone...but at least he's been good this last week.

There's something about Todd that's uncomfortable with himself - that's contagious. He has the same effect on me, every time I watch him. It's painful.

You think he's better than Chris Matthews? He has such a sleazy demeanor, in my opinion. I gather that he is right-of-center. To be fair, I haven't watched cable "news" for over a year, since I had my cable shut off.

I actually find Chris Matthews entertaining and somewhat unpredictable. I don't always agree with him, but he is interesting, and I love the way he grills people.

Apparently he defended that poor underpaid reality star politician who was complaining about his salary of only 177,000. Said he was underpaid. The guy is completely isolated in his rightwing DC bubble and knows nothing of the real world I agree with others that his RW bias is painfully obvious.

Today was different, I happened to turn on MSNBC at 2:00pm PST and discovered that Chuck Todd was handling the show. I watched for a bit and was pleasantly surprised that Chuck was tolerable, unlike the last time that I listened to him. The two are Democratic light, although Chuck is less abrasive.

Man, like everyday this week I cringed as he asked some really stupid questions or just was fucking slimy in his vibe. He sucked with Bill M the other day.He had TWO TEABAGGERS he played softball with, and today something else that slips my mind but was surely fucking stupid.
