1. Even in this most-depressing and discouraging of times, a little hope remains in most

of us that things can be improved.

We never know what incident or person or whatever will trigger the change.

There have been whistle-blowers and the like before, but for some reason, Julian and Wikileaks have caught on like few others in my lifetime.

I am probably being naively hopeful, but there is a little voice inside saying, "This is important and could be meaningful."
