Tonight I came face to face with pure, unadulterated EVIL: KKKarl Rove
Walking to Union Station on my way home from class this evening, KKKarl Rove passes me by with a smile and a nod. I froze as someone who is stunned speechless by pure evil and could not react at all. He looked like he was walking from Capitol Hill and towards the Heritage Foundation, which is almost directly across the Mall.

Just a reminder of what we face. This is very serious, friends!

I hope we can collectively put our differences aside with Obama/The Democrats and get involved, especially at the state and local levels.

6. LOL!! Rumsfeld passed me by on K Street last year and it took everything in me to
restrain myself. I also work for the federal government, so I have to be careful and prudent.

Besides, he may try and put my black ass on a caging list. :)

5. I am so sorry that you had to see that!
When he came to our village and the local college kids paid to see him we were honor bound to hold our signs up high to let folks know that a thief was in town. Old people on the corner with signs, educating the young folk who were totally oblivious as to who they were hosting up on the hill. When kkkarl's limo went by we let him have it. The best we could do under the circumstances.

12. I'd love to say "I wudda done this" and "I wudda done that" but I probably would have froze
Given proper time for planning however, I think a dart gun and some super-glue might be appropriate. Feel free to use your imagination.

16. I de-planed once directly behind Tom DeLay. I asked very loudly "why isn't he in jail?"
While we were waiting for the cabin door to open.

Then, as soon as we stepped off and he was walking in front of me, I said "Seriously, why isn't he in jail?"

People behind me were snickering and laughing.

Ahh, it felt good.

Also, passed Joe Lieberman on the street in Nantucket once, we brushed shoulders.
I fought the strong urge to kick him in the shin.

20. I saw an avant garde play a few years ago...
.....about a man who had the chance to kill Hitler and didn't take it. (Note to all, I'm not advocating that anyone attempt violence against Rove.) In the play, the man was sitting behind Hitler at some event and had the means and motive and opportunity to do something and is plagued by guilt for not doing so. There was a long soliloquy on the nature of evil.
