A 5% tax increase for a millionaire is the price difference between a Toyota and a Mercedes
A 5% reduction in food stamps for a family of four is one less meal a week.


How you reduce a state or federal budget or increase revenues is the difference in spreading out the pain.

...and additional 5% in taxes, then their seventh car would have to be a Toyota?
