Looking at the AP's tally I cannot see how Prosser can win.
Dane has Kloppenberg ahead 65 percent to Prosser with 49 out of 248 reporting.
Milwaukee has Kloppenberg ahead 62 to Prossers 38 with 51 out of 486 reporting.

Both are huge Kloppenberg favorites. The rural counties are tiny compared to these two. I am not from Wisconsin but just mathmatically I don't see how we don't win this one.

I hope I hope I hope.

3. You are correct. I am surprised at how well Kloppenberg is
doing in some rural counties.

4. There is a clear swing in several rural counties
away from the Republicans. In many cases Prosser is leading by a point or two.

8. Look at Bayfield County! That's where they drew 2,000
protestors way up by Lake Superior.

7. About half of La Crosse is in and it's going 60/40 for Kloppenburg.
I was really hoping that it would not be close at all and that a huge Democratic turnout would overwhelm Prosser.

9. Did everyone and their pet vote in Waukesha?
Honestly, with only like 50 out of 198 precincts reporting, they've registered 83000 votes. Dane, with 125 out of 248, has registered almost 103,000.

At that rate, would Waukesha magically produce almost 332000 votes?

11. That would be an average so far of 1660 votes per precinct
in Waukesha County. . .versus. . .824 or so in Dane County. That seems like an awfully large difference to me.

14. It will make you insane to watch this stuff.
In the middle of the night John Kerry will just barely win the state but some asshole in Ohio will steal the election.

The best thing to do is have a drink at 10pm and go to bed. Look at the results in the morning.
