"STUDENTS! If you are a student who voted in Wisconsin yesterday with a provisional ballot because you registered for the first time and did not bring your driver's license or proof of residency, make sure you get that information to the municipal clerk's office, which is in Madison on MLK Drive downtown, by 4:00 today or your vote will not count in the recount. Your vote quite literally could determine the outcome."
